Who we are.
Cory and Sara will guide you across the weekend to ensure you get the most from your retreat. We lead busy lives with full time jobs, an energetic 4-year old, part time study and our own health and fitness related goals.
Cory is a fully qualified personal trainer and strength conditioning coach. He has over 7 years of industry experience and is also currently training in sports massage therapy. Cory has a background in high level sport from rugby at an All-Ireland level to boxing, football and volleyball. More recently Cory has focused on, trained for and completed marathons, hyrox and crossfit competitions.
Cory Tipping
Sara works in policy and research in the not-for-profit sector. She is also a trainee counsellor. Sara has a background in sport from hockey to rugby and having undergone her own weight loss journey, has now become a total foodie and fitness enthusiast. Sara is also a keen runner and crossfitter, having recently completed her first hyrox.
